About the role:

6-month contract role.

Location: London

TheMarketingManagerDemand Programswill haveasolidbackground inDigital Direct & ChannelMarketing whose primary responsibility is todefine and execute marketing programstocreate demand for NintexacrossEMEAspecifically UAEand Saudi Arabia

Driven by data this role will be critical tounderstanding what activities are drivingpipelineand bookings and which are closely with thePipelineSales& Channelteamsitsessentialthis role is focused on driving campaigns that align with business goals.

Thisroleisresponsible fordeveloping and executing marketing activities thatdrive awarenesspipelineand in B2B SaaS marketinganddigitalactivitiesarekeyto this criticalrole in the marketing team working closely with the regional GoToMarket(GTM)teams ensuring strong execution of the activities across all Nintex teams.

Thisroleworksclosely withthe regionalsales teamsand the wider marketing team to definecreateandoptimisePipeline Programswhere they make the most impactto thesales funnel using all channels( propertiesdigitaldirect and sponsoredin person and virtual events)at their disposalensuringalignment with overall business objective both with our Channel Partners and direct.

Key elements of this role are tobedata literateagileand able to adapt marketing planning and execution to dynamic business priorities. Thisroleworkshand in hand with thepartnersalesand marketing teams to ensure the relationships arecontinually nurtured are seen as strategic within theGTMecosystem and in alignment with company targetsresulting ina return on activity and investments.

Your contribution will be:

PipelineStrategy& Planning:Usingthe data & results availabledevelopand execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Nintexs overall businessobjectivesto reach established goals.

In conjunction with thewider Marketing Teamand Regional SalesLeadershipidentifyopportunities for pipeline developmentacrossmarketingsalesand partners as an integrated campaign encompassing lead generation nurturing and conversion strategies.

Campaigns to be reviewed across the wider marketing team to ensure best practice and top performing campaigns areprioritisedandrolled outto other regions.

CampaignManagement:Definitionand executioncampaigns including KPIswith ourGTM teams and Partnerstodrivepipelinethat closes won

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the campaigns making data driven decisions foroptimisation with a mindset of Test LearnOptimise(TLO)

Responsible for thesetup andexecution of the campaigninteams outside of Marketingresource allocationandappropriate executionof all activities driving towards the set KPIs for the campaign.

EventManagement:Responsible for the strategy andselectionof inregion sponsored events in alignment with target audiences and sales plays. Event executionincludinglead up atevent and post event activities across the broader team.

Marketing Collateral:Based oncampaign needs work with product marketingcorpmarketing content andcreativeto develop any marketing materials.

Relationship Management:Build and cultivatestrongcross functionalrelationships with key stakeholderswithinthe GTMorganisationsto align marketing effortssetobjectivestargetsand KPIswithin SalesPartnerand Marketing channels.

Ensure buy-inand support from theGTMteamsin order toexecute the programs seamlessly.

Performance Monitoring &Optimisation:Work with theReporting/Performanceteamsto ensureoptimalsetting and measurement of Campaign KPIsin thetestingframework.

Be driven by what the data uncovers highlighting what is working and whatisnt. Judge campaigns based on pipeline and revenue created not just on the volume of leads.

Work with theBusiness Developmentorganisationto ensuretimelyandappropriatefollowupfor campaigns continuouslymonitoringforoptimisationopportunities.

Ensureappropriate followup across the salesfunneloccurs for all programs by the GTM teams including our Channel Partners.

To be successful we think you need:

  • Ability to be data-informed and define and execute campaigns that drive pipeline that closes won
  • The ability towork cross functionally.
  • Understanding offull funnel marketing from strategy through execution and outcomes.
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities and attention to detail constantlydemonstratingan understanding of the dataanalyzingresultsand seeking continuous improvement
  • 6 years ofmarketingat a B2BSaaScompany
  • Arabic speaker
