In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie innerhalb des Legal Departments eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung und operativen Umsetzung unseres konzernweiten Compliance Management Systems. Sie beraten Fachbereiche und Management identifizieren Risiken frühzeitig und tragen aktiv zur Stärkung einer nachhaltigen ComplianceKultur bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Weiterentwicklung Implementierung und Überwachung eines wirksamen konzernweiten Compliance Management Systems (CMS)
• Beratung in allen wesentlichen Compliancerelevanten Fragestellungen
• Operative Verantwortung für das ComplianceHinweisgebersystem einschließlich Bearbeitung und Koordination von ComplianceSachverhalten
• Durchführung von ComplianceRisikoanalysen Prüfungen und internen Untersuchungen
• Erstellung Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Richtlinien Standards und Prozessen
• Konzeption und Durchführung von ComplianceSchulungen und AwarenessMaßnahmen
• Erstellung von internen und externen ComplianceReportings sowie Gremienunterlagen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Internal Audit Legal HR sowie externen Beratern und Behörden
• Beobachtung regulatorischer Entwicklungen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

Ihr Profil

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im ComplianceUmfeld eines international tätigen Konzerns idealerweise eines börsennotierten Unternehmens
• Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im ComplianceUmfeld idealerweise in einem international tätigen Unternehmen
• Nachweisbare Praxis im Aufbau Betrieb oder in der Weiterentwicklung eines Compliance Management Systems (CMS)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse einschlägiger gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen (z.B. Corporate Compliance Hinweisgeberschutz Antikorruption)
• Hohe Beratungskompetenz souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Strukturierte eigenverantwortliche und integre Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
