Job Summary
Your mission
Key Details
Start: ASAP no later than June 1
Approximately 3 days a week (100% remote on-site in Munich once a month if possible)
Duration: 35 months with the possibility of extension
Team: PM Marketer AI Engineer Software Developer
Key Responsibilities
Translate client specifications (text requirements) into agent flows and prompts
Write and optimize prompts for the AI agents to iteratively improve the output
Conduct ongoing quality assurance in coordination with marketing and IT teams.
Your profile
Strong linguistic skills for analyzing texts
Experience with text/language models
Native German speaker
