Senior PMO Manager (mfd)
Job Summary
What you will do
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CFO ensuring alignment commitment and consistent follow-through on executive committee decisions across the organisation
- Lead cross-functional coordination of top-priority initiatives establishing clear ownership accountability and decision-making pathways
- Translate executive priorities into structured execution plans including realistic timelines milestones and key dependencies
- Design and manage effective governance frameworks (e.g. cadences steering committees escalation mechanisms) to ensure disciplined execution and sustained momentum
- Monitor progress across initiatives proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks and intervening to keep delivery on track
- Prepare concise data-driven updates and materials for the CFO executive committee board and shareholders to support timely well-informed decision-making
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders fostering trust and commitment through a balanced approach of analytical rigor pragmatism and effective communication
Who you are
- You bring more than 6 years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar role with a strong track record of driving cross-functional initiatives
- You apply strong strategic and systems thinking to connect long-term vision with operational execution
- You use data-driven analysis and business acumen to generate insights and support decision-making
- You communicate clearly and influence effectively across all levels including executive and board stakeholders
- You manage complex programs and stakeholders with a high level of structure accountability and prioritization
- You demonstrate strong ownership and proactivity in ambiguous fast-paced environments
- You are fluent in English and German
