Order to Cash Senior Analyst North America

To support this mission Syngentas Finance Operations team is seeking a Order to Cash Senior Analyst North America in Montevideo Uruguay.

Accountabilities 

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes.
• Keep customer accounts reconciled up to date and accurate.
• Track and align collections from customers.
• Credit Limits Review and Blocked Orders Monitoring.
• Perform month-end close activities in a timely manner and accurately.
• Produce and provide analysis on cash performance to the country and key stakeholders.
• Perform the monthly collection forecast and aging report.
• Leading credit committees with stakeholders.
• Perform collection activities following up with customers and working with the business when necessary.
• Ensure system data integrity and alignment across relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support O2C visibility and decision-making.
• Comply with requirements regarding internal and external controls.

Qualifications :

Required  

• Degree in accountancy/administration.
• English: Advance Level/Bilingual. (mandatory)
• SAP Medium Level.
• Experience in financial preparation of cashflow financial KPIs solid analytic skills.
• Experience in client portfolio management (managing overdue debt).

Desired 

• Experience with SAP & Power BI.
• Familiarity with O2C processes within a multinational environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Finance and Supply Chain teams.
