Job Summary

The Role 

Office Experience Manager is a key role within the APAC Office Experience team and is the most senior Office Experience role in Philippines. 

The primary focus of this role is to support SEEKs unique culture and help drive the overarching office experience of SEEKs people; both of which are critical to SEEKs success. This is achieved by developing and executing strategic Office Experience plans and associated tactical requirements for SEEK in Philippines so that SEEK employees can consistently deliver the right outcomes and have a phenomenal experience in doing so.  

Leading 2 people this role is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for SEEKs people through delivery of three main areas of work 1) Office Services 2) Events & Culture and 3) Safe productive and enjoyable office environment. This role manages operation of key service areas and initiatives within Philippines.  

Office Services & Operations:

  • Oversee daily office functions to keep the team productive.
  • Manage support requests and act as the main escalation point for issues.
  • Track performance through metrics (KPIs help desk data and feedback).

Events & Culture:

  • Design and run internal events that boost employee engagement.
  • Ensure the office environment stays inclusive and aligned with SEEKs brand.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Act as the Emergency Warden for the office.
  • Manage workplace health and safety (WHS) and environmental sustainability initiatives.

Financial & Vendor Management:

  • Manage the budget for pantry cleaning stationery and parking.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and high service standards

Leadership:

  • Manage one direct report plus external vendors.
  • Collaborate with APAC stakeholders to align local operations with global standards.

The Team 

This role forms part of the SEEKs Corporate Communications & Office Experience team which is a key strategic function within the People & Culture division. The role reports to the Office Experience Manager (Emerging Markets) and manages a team of one plus other supporting vendors. 


Qualifications :

  • 5 years previous experience in a similar Office Manager or Office Experience leadership position  
  • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Word Excel Outlook)  advanced.  
  • Warm friendly and professional customer service focus Can do attitude especially when under pressure with multiple tasks and competing priorities.  
  • Understanding of the role connecting people and teams and office environments have on building a strong culture.  
  • Comfortable leading in a highly visible service orientated role.  
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage stakeholder expectations.  
  • Strong communication skills: ability to communicate appropriately considering the audience provide appropriate updates on work in progress and communicate with empathy and eloquence kindness humour and professionalism.  
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills  
  • Events organising/management skills 
  • Having an S02 Certificate in OHS is a plus
