Job Description
We are seeking a Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a high-acuity acute care setting. First-time travelers are welcome with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry and neuro nursing skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neuro telemetry patients
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of Neuro Tele/MS Tele experience
- First-time travelers accepted
- Strong critical thinking and patient monitoring skills
- Ability to float between units as needed
