About the Role

As the first point of contact for many patients and families you will:

  • Provide high-quality customer service across phone email and face-to-face interactions

  • Support patient admissions discharges and enquiries

  • Perform data entry records management and general administrative tasks

  • Assist with reporting correspondence and coordination of workflows

  • Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth ED operations

This role involves shift work across mornings evenings weekends and public holidays reflecting the 24/7 nature of the Emergency Department.

About you
