Key Responsibilities

1.Provide executive and administrative support to departmental projects and initiatives under Primary & Community Services (PCS) Department.

2.Implement plan and coordinate PCS programmes / activities / projects / meetings / training including liaising with external and internal stakeholders.

3.Compile and analyze service statistics prepare reports and monitor deliverables or performance indicators.

4.Handle enquiries or complaints and draft correspondence.

5.Provide executive support to PCS-related portfolios including Primary Health Care Elderly Care Rehabilitation & Palliative Care Medical Social Collaboration & Patient Empowerment Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Service.

6.Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements

1.A university degree or equivalent.

2.Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Preferable Attributes/Exposure

1.Knowledge and working experience in the following areas:

a.Project management and administration in healthcare and/or community services

b.Executive support and secretarial services

c.Training and development projects

d.Event management

2.Proficiency in common office software (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint Access and Outlook).

3.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

4.Independent self-motivated and with good organization interpersonal as well as communication skills.

5.Attentive to details and able to work under pressure.
