Performance Media Manager (m/w/x)
Your tasks
- Co-Develop and execute retail media strategies across priority EU markets (e.g. UK Germany Netherlands Nordics France)
- Plan and manage campaigns across retailer platforms (e.g. sponsored search display onsite activations)
- Align retail media activity with broader brand trade marketing and commercial priorities
- Build full-funnel retail media plans to drive awareness conversion and basket size
- Partner with local sales and key account teams to support retailer priorities promotions and new product launches
- Define and track KPIs such as ROAS incremental sales share of search conversion rate and digital shelf performance
- Coordinate with global and regional teams to share learnings and best practices
What we expect
- Bachelors degree in a related field is required
- At least 4 years of experience in retail media eCommerce or performance marketing ideally within CPG beverage or wellness sectors
- Experienced with retail media networks (e.g. Amazon Ads supermarket RMNs CitrusAd Criteo Retail Media)
- A problem-solving driven and hands-on person with clear and effective communication skills
- Familiarity with GDPR and European data/privacy regulations
- Experience working across global interdepartmental teams and cultures
- Proven track record of driving measurable sales growth through retail media campaigns across multiple European markets
- Professional or personal experience with mission-led sustainable or organic brands would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement attribution and budget management
- Deep understanding of digital shelf optimization retailer algorithms and shopper behavior
- Good business understanding and financial skills (P&L costs centers etc.)
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 Office Suite MS Project and MS Teams and how they integrate
- Excellence in German and fluency in business English spoken and written
- Resume in English
