About the Opportunity
As our Compliance Support Officer you will be responsible for ensuring contracts and compliance for relevant contracts/agreements and all legal regulatory requirements in accordance with an internal Contracts Compliance this role you will also:
- Review and maintain our contractual obligations to ensure Vision Australia operates under a strict compliance and administration focus and to ensure that service teams own the funded program operations;
- Manage and monitor the organisational complaints process including the administration of complaints resolution activities;
- Maintain Vision Australias organisational information on government departmental portals as relevant.

About You
As part of the Compliance Team you should have tertiary qualifications and/or work experience in the areas of business or addition experience and/or strong knowledge in regulatory statutory compliance is essential. You will also have:
- Previous demonstrated experience in an administrator and project delivery role;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially excel) Adobe Professional SharePoint email internet and intranet;
- Well-developed planning time management skills analytical and problem solving skills.
