Job Summary
負責推動及執行台北W飯店英才健康管理與職業健康服務透過健康風險評估預防措施及健康促進活動以預防職業傷病提升英才健康水準並確保相關作業符合法規及萬豪國際集團規範
主要負責事項
# 勞工健康管理 #
規劃與執行英才健康檢查(年度體檢新進人員體檢及依法應辦理之各項健康檢查)
管理健康檢查行政作業健康資料建檔與異常個案追蹤
提供健康諮詢健康指導及傷病管理
辦理傳染病調查與健康風險追蹤
# 職業健康與安全 #
執行特殊族群健康管理與職業健康保護計畫
協助工作場所危害辨識風險評估及改善建議
提供職災個案關懷復工評估與健康支持
彙整職災與健康相關統計分析報告
# 臨場健康服務 #
辦理勞工健康服務及臨場醫師作業安排
提供英才一般傷病處理與緊急應變協助
管理急救箱及哺集乳室等健康相關設施
必要時協助現場護理照護與就醫安排
# 健康促進與教育訓練 #
規劃與推動英才健康促進活動
辦理健康教育訓練與衛教宣導
推廣身心健康及健康行為改善措施
