What you do
- As part of the FlexEngine team youwork onthe end to enduserexperience including touch points such asour appandwhite label variant charger and Home Energy Management Systems
- You support the design process from user research to implementation. In close collaboration with our developers you put our customers at the centre to create an outstanding customer journey
- You create and evolve design systems wireframes user flows mockups and prototypes to evaluate and further improve your ideas and designs
- You plan and coordinate user testing to derive the best measures for product development and design
- You work in a data driven way and actively coordinate the collection and evaluation of user feedback
Who you are
- You are motivated to learn grow and actively contribute to theendtoenduse rexperience of our solutions
- You have first practical experience in UI/UX or product design through internships university projects freelance work orelse.
- You impress us with your combination of strong visual aesthetics and the ability to make complex products simple and intuitive to use
- You are anconfidentin Figma or comparable design tools
- You are familiar with agile ways of working and design thinking and ideally have experience with Jira and Confluence
- You stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices
- You are passionate about electric mobility and innovative future technologie
- Experience with HEMS systems and home integration is a strong plus
