Pediatric Acute Care RN Travel Assignment
Location: Tuba City AZ
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week 6:00 AM 6:30 PM 7 Shifts per Pay Period
Position Overview
A leading regional healthcare facility in Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Pediatric Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves providing compassionate patient-centered care to pediatric patients in an acute care setting while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

- Arizona RN License NOT required
- Active RN License from any U.S. State or Territory accepted

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric acute care patients
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and ongoing care
- Adhere to nursing standards hospital policies and patient safety protocols
- Provide compassionate and culturally sensitive patient care
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing required
- Active unrestricted RN License from any U.S. State Puerto Rico or U.S. Territory
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Current AHA ACLS Certification
- Current AHA PALS Certification
- P-CAR certification required within 6 months of hire
- NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire
