Location: Scottsbluff Nebraska
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week night shift assignment in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills acute care experience and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Med Surg patients
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and accurately document all patient care activities
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans medications and discharge instructions
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies safety regulations and patient care standards
- Deliver compassionate patient-centered care during night shifts
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Recent acute care Med Surg experience required
- Strong communication assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Dependable adaptable and team-oriented professional
