Your Role
You will shape how innovative animal nutrition solutions reach the farm gate across Europecombining strategic leadership with real market impact.
This role is for a commercially minded builder who wants to lead people grow markets and turn onfarm insight into sustainable business success.

How you contribute to our mission
- You convince with a clear best proven strategy on how to best access the market
- You manage existing distributor relationships intense these and develop new ones
- To expand distribution channels you identify potential partners and acquisition targets
- Your passion is selling: around 50 % of your time is spent in the market
- Your second passion is leading: you will guide the European On Farm Solution Team to success
- You prepare a budget for your Business Unit and response its compliance
What you should bring to this position
- You understand the On Farm Market: you know the players the needs & obstacles as well as the products and can look back at 15 years of experience in Animal Nutrition Animal Health and have a significant network of large farmers
- You have proven expertise in Distribution Management
- A selling and convincing talent is part of your character
- You like to reach goals as a team: you have strong leadership skills
- You are fluent in English German language skills are an advantage
