Senior Project Manager IT Applications Delivery

Position Description:

Qualifications
-Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on IT application projects.
-Proven experience leading M&A integration and/or separation initiatives; SAP experience is a strong plus.
-Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes and environments.
-Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional and multi stakeholder projects.
-Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to work effectively with senior executives technical teams and external partners.
-Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.
-PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
-Experience in M&A programs including carve-outs divestitures or system separations.
-Formal project management certification (PMP PRINCE2 or similar).
-Experience working with global or multi-site manufacturing organizations.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong IT application delivery experience to lead complex initiatives related to M&A carve out and transformation programs. Experience within the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the end-to-end planning execution and delivery of carve-out projects ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives.
-Manage project scope schedule budget risks and resources to ensure successful and timely project completion.
-Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines milestones dependencies and deliverables.
-Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders IT teams and external vendors or system integrators.
-Monitor project performance proactively identify assess and mitigate risks and issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
-Ensure project delivery complies with corporate governance IT standards security and regulatory requirements.
-Prepare and present clear and accurate status reports dashboards and executive communications for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
-Support change management activities and ensure smooth transition to operations post-go-live.
