Located on Level 80 of The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne Atria is a refined dining destination celebrating exceptional Australian produce seasonality and a deep connection to place. Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the restaurant service period tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Answer guest questions regarding all beverage related items including but not limited to origin vintage and style of various wines.
- Create wine lists showcasing your inner creativity and maintain respective inventories
- Conduct training sessions to increase the beverage knowledge of all team members
- Serve and connect with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements delivering service excellence with each guest experience
- Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
