Management - Site manager in Antwerp (1520 staff)
- Operations Manager in Aix-en-Provence (1520 staff)
- Liaison with global sales management and European teams.
Intertwined operational and business challenges - Structuring of European operations
- Management of logistics and industrial operations
- Business development in technical markets
- Establishing a strong presence within the Antwerp ecosystem.
The role requires a leader capable of constantly switching between hands-on management and strategic planning and of championing the project locally. Location: Antwerp (essential) with frequent travel to Aix-en-Provence The ideal candidate: Local roots and immediate credibility - In-depth knowledge of the Antwerp/Benelux market

- Native Flemish with working knowledge of English and French.
