In the role of Agribusiness Manager Broker you will join the Regional & Agribusiness team thats doubling down on winning together.
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
Identify Agri and Business referral opportunities and establish develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts
Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
Coach and support the extended team to ensure the efficient high quality customer service
Develop and manage a portfolio of key customers and Referral partners
Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
Implement initiatives to develop customer growth in the local market
Implement complex strategies analysing annual Cash flows and financial statements for relationship growth.
Personally sanction lending within own Delegated Lending authorities
Were looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
Experience and knowledge of Agribusiness/Business banking and/or credit assessment.
Experience in all aspects for financial analysis
Drive and tenacity with a passion for relationship management
Strong customer and relationship management
Problem solving critical thinking and negotiation skills
Exceptional communication skills coupled with superior stakeholder management experience
Ability to directly manage and grow a portfolio of key clients
Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
