MS D365 Finance Functional Consultant

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O SCM Senior Consultant to lead the design implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable D365 solutions provide functional leadership and support endtoend project delivery.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Functional & Solution Delivery

. Lead functional design and implementation of D365 F&O SCM modules including: Inventory Management Warehouse Management (WMS) Procurement & Sourcing Sales & Distribution Production Control / Manufacturing (Discrete Process or Lean) Master Planning (MRP)
. Conduct business process analysis gapfit analysis and solution design.
. Configure D365 F&O SCM modules to meet business requirements and best practices.
. Prepare and maintain functional design documents (FDDs) and solution blueprints.
. Support data migration UAT cutover and golive activities.
. Provide postimplementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Stakeholder & Project Leadership

. Act as a trusted advisor to business users and project stakeholders.
. Lead workshops requirementgathering sessions and user training.
. Mentor junior consultants and review functional deliverables.
. Collaborate with technical teams (developers architects) on integrations extensions and reports.
. Support project management activities such as scope management estimations and risk mitigation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Core Skills (MustHave)

. 58 years of experience in D365 F&O / AX with strong focus on SCM.
. Handson experience implementing endtoend SCM processes in D365 F&O.
. Strong understanding of: Inventory costing methods Warehouse processes and advanced WMS Procurement and vendor management Ordertocash and procuretopay cycles
. Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations (Design GoLive).
. Strong business process knowledge in manufacturing retail distribution or supply chain environments.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
