Job Summary
David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with an outsourcing solutions company who is seeking to recruit Spanish speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their team.

- Location: Alexandria Egypt (Onsite)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding customer service on a daily basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer Service Representatives Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience knowledge
- Fluency in Spanish language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve efficiently
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelors degree in relevant field is preferred
