Our next chapter Reaching 1B ARR within the next three years. To get there we need to ensure every product succeeds. Product Marketing plays a critical role in making our multi-product vision a reality positioning launching and growing all our products so they reach their full business potential.

Why you should join

Youll lead the Product Marketing organization and own how we position and launch our products globally by sitting at the center of Sales Marketing Product and Customer Experience ensuring every team is aligned around how we bring value to market.

Youll work across all product life stages from new products that need to reach their first 1M ARR fast to mature ones already used by 10000 companies. Today Factorial has 20 products across HR Talent Payroll Finance IT and AI with more on the way. Youll build and scale how we tell their stories ensuring each one earns its place in the market.

From shaping the narrative of how AI duplicates your professional self to coordinating launches across seven markets with regional marketing teams leading creative storytelling with Brand organizing a live product keynote and driving adoption targets with Sales and CX its the kind of challenge that defines what Product Marketing means at Factorial.

Your Mission

Make every Factorial product understood adopted and monetized across all markets ensuring each one generates a strong pipeline and reaches its ARR goals.

You will:

  • Define and execute GTM strategies for all products and launches from concept to measurable business impact.
  • Craft clear positioning for each product vertical aligning value propositions with commercial objectives.
  • Ensure Sales is ready to sell every product leading enablement programs training sessions and building tools that increase win rates and cross-sell efficiency.
  • Maintain exceptional quality across all product-related outputs from campaigns and videos to communications and landing pages ensuring clarity accuracy and brand excellence.
  • Manage complex projects end to end acting as the connector between Product Sales Marketing and CX to align priorities timelines and outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor the Product Marketing team building the right structure and ways of working to operate effectively across multiple products and markets while fostering a strong business mindset focused on pipeline generation revenue impact and measurable results.
  • Work hand in hand with Product leaders to plan and anticipate GTMs early aligning stakeholders across functions and ensuring every launch is timed positioned and executed for maximum market impact.
  • Partner with leadership to shape and evolve Factorials multi-product and AI narrative ensuring our story in market drives tangible ARR growth.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing or a similar GTM leadership role in B2B SaaS (minimum 5 years).
  • Strategic leader who can build and scale teams not just manage them.
  • Expert in positioning and go-to-market strategy across multiple products segments and markets.
  • Strong business acumen you connect messaging to pipeline generation ARR and commercial impact.
  • Exceptional communicator clear structured and persuasive with both execs and teams.
  • High attention to detail and design sensibility you care deeply about product polish brand consistency and visual storytelling quality.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills capable of driving alignment and execution across Product Sales Marketing and CX.
  • Thrives in fast-changing environments able to turn complexity into clarity and action.
  • Fluent in English.

Big pluses:

  • Experience in multi-product and/or multi-market SaaS.
  • Fluency in additional European languages (Spanish Italian German Portuguese French).
  • Pricing & Packaging experience.

Compensation and relocation support

We offer a gross annual compensation between 70000 and 90000 depending on seniority and experience. This amount includes both base salary and a variable component tied to business and performance objectives. Youll also receive a generous Stock Option Plan (SOP) bringing your total annual compensation (cash stock) to over 100000.

Thats why we offer a Relocation Package to support candidates moving to Spain. For international hires we also assist with the Spanish Inbound Tax Regime (known as the Beckham Law) which allows eligible professionals relocating to Spain to be taxed at a flat rate (around 24% on Spanish-sourced income).
