Job Details:
Role Overview:
Client is preparing for a Blue Planet Inventory (BPI) production launch and is seeking BPI Telecommunications User SMEs who can function immediately in a live production environment. This role is explicitly focused on front-end BPI usage requiring minimal to no training and is not a development or IT role.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a BPI User SME supporting Lumen production inventory
Build validate correct and maintain network inventory directly in BPI
Identify and resolve inventory gaps inconsistencies and errors
Support inventory cleanup and production stabilization activities
Ensure BPI inventory accurately reflects real-world network connectivity
Work closely with business and operations teams during production rollout
Required Experience & Skills:
Telecommunications Background (Mandatory)
Strong practical knowledge in one or more of the following:
Ethernet / Metro Ethernet (Metro 1 Metro 2 Metro 3)
Transport (DWDM TDM)
Voice
Offnet connectivity
Blue Planet Inventory Experience (Mandatory)
Hands-on front-end user experience with BPI
Proven ability to:
Build and fix network inventory
Work directly in Lumen production BPI environments
No development scripting or customization experience required
Lumen Exposure (Highly Preferred)
Prior experience working in Lumen environments or with Lumen inventory tools (Amdocs/ASRI PRO)
Minimum years of experience
>10 years
Certifications Needed :No
