Job Title: ITD Planning PM (PMP) - Hybrid

Job Description:
As a Project Manager you will lead complex IT initiatives involving multiple teams and workstreams ensuring delivery within aggressive timelines while adhering to established project governance standards. You will work closely with technical teams business stakeholders and vendors to manage the full project lifecycle ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful execution across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through all lifecycle phases including initiation planning execution monitoring and closeout.
• Manage project scope schedule budget risks and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate resources and communication across technical teams business units and leadership.
• Facilitate collaboration with vendors consultants and procurement teams.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards governance processes and documentation requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans status reports metrics and communication plans.
• Lead requirements gathering design workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Oversee testing activities including defining test objectives plans and validation efforts.
• Support training change management and system adoption activities.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Active PMP certification required.
• Strong experience managing complex IT projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of project governance risk management and reporting practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating vendors and managing contracts and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills.
• Background in system analysis design development and testing preferred.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
