Job Summary

Job Description:

Monitor and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations and shipment movement.
Track deliveries dispatch status and vehicle movement to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with transporters warehouses vendors and internal teams.
Maintain shipment records invoices PODs and logistics documentation.
Handle MIS reports Excel data updates and operational reports.
Resolve delivery delays escalation issues and customer complaints.
Support inventory tracking and order management activities.
Ensure proper communication between operations sales and warehouse teams.
Follow up with drivers and transport partners for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate data entry and back-office coordination work.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly logistics performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and logistics processes.
