QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or other related program
- At least 15 - 20 years of sales account management and business development experience in FMCG across channels including food service e-commerce and online markets
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute the emerging channels strategy aligned with overall sales objectives.
- Identify and scale opportunities e-commerce aggregator platforms online market and D2C channels.
- Develop and execute plans and strategies to grow the business.
- Manage key marketplace and platform partnerships.
- Monitor platform performance and competitor activity in the market
- Develop distribution networks and channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns drive traffic increase engagement and conversion across digital channels.
- Ensure product availability in the market and manage online demand.
