Location: Riverside EpiCenter (Stationed On-Site)

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented EVS Associate to join Woods Cleaning Services LLC. This role will be stationed at the Riverside EpiCenter but is employed directly by Woods Cleaning Services LLC not Riverside EpiCenter. The EVS Associate will be responsible for ensuring the facility remains safe clean and welcoming for guests associates and vendors.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean facility environment.

• Ensure cleanliness in all assigned areas including restrooms lobbies meeting rooms and common spaces.

• Safely use housekeeping equipment materials and supplies.

• Report or correct hazardous conditions immediately to ensure guest and staff safety.

• Follow established cleaning schedules and complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

• Ability to climb and work off a 4ft ladder when needed.

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies

• Housekeeping experience preferred.

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques supplies and safety procedures.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to adapt communication style to supervisors coworkers and the public.

• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays when required.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Primarily works indoors within a building environment.

• Frequently required to stand walk stoop kneel or crouch.

• Frequently uses hands to handle cleaning tools equipment and supplies.

• Must be able to climb and balance on ladders as needed.

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Vision requirements include close vision distance vision color vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

• Moderate noise level in the work environment.

Scope and Impact

This role carries recurring duties that require accuracy and consistency. Effective time management and attention to detail are essential as errors may negatively impact the guest experience and facility operations.
