Job Description

As a Tank Cleaning Technician youwill support the execution of industrial tank cleaning projects including thesetup operation and completion of work scopes using wash units pumps androbotic cleaning equipment. You will perform pre-use equipment inspectionsfollow all operating and safe work procedures and carry out tasks as directedby the Field Supervisor or Project Manager including work within confinedspaces while upholding the companys safety quality and core values.

Responsibilities:

• Industrial tank cleaning execution:perform tasks associated with the preparation set up and completion of TankCleaning projects.
• Complete pre-use inspections ofequipment to ensure it is operating safely.
• Operation of equipment such as washunits and pumps robotic tank cleaning equipment and conductingpre-commissioning services.
• Ensure that all required Operating andSafe Work Procedures are followed.
• Following and upholding the safety andquality expectations held by RJ Maclean in Tank Cleaning. Promoteorganizations Core Values.
• Ensure tasks as communicated by FieldSupervisor/Project Manager are executed inside tanks.

What Skillsand TrainingDo You Need

• Hazwoper
• Safety Essentials
• ValidTWIC card
• H2S
• Confined Space(CSE)
• Mask Fit and experience or capability working in confinedspace with breathingapparatus.
• Pump and Hydraulics experiencepreferred.
• Industrial tank cleaning experience turnaround andpre-commissioning services experience.
• CommercialDriver License preferred.
• Experience in a physically demanding role; Ability to lift50 pounds regularly on shift and throughout theshift.
• Excellent safety record with experience in oil and gas onproject worksites.
• Ability to work outdoors in allweatherconditions.
• Ability to execute tasks withlimitedSupervision.
