Director, Consulting Expert Delivery – Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Practice

Position Description:

As part of the expansion of our Dynamics CRM & Power Platform practice CGI Montréal is seeking an experienced Director Consulting Delivery to play a pivotal role in the growth and structuring of our center of excellence.
This is a key leadership position where you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery team management and the adoption of best practices in the market. You will work directly with high-profile clients on strategic large-scale mandates and ensure the excellence of our solutions.
Your Responsibilities
-Delivery Leadership: Oversee the delivery of Dynamics CRM & Power Platform projects ensuring quality timelines and budgets are met.
-Team Management: Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of architects analysts and developers.
-Architecture & Strategy: Leverage your expertise to design and oversee scalable secure and innovative architectures.
-Large-Scale Projects: Drive major CRM and Power Platform initiatives with strong organizational impact.
-Practice Expansion: Contribute to the growth of the Dynamics CRM & Power Platform practice at CGI Montréal by integrating best practices and enhancing our service offerings.
-Continuous Innovation: Explore and promote new approaches tools and methodologies to deliver added value.
-Client Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor for major clients supporting them in their digital transformation journey.
Required Qualifications
-10 years of experience in IT.
-5 years of proven experience in solution architecture.
-Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Power Platform.
-Experience with Finance & Operations (F&O) is a strong asset that broadens your range but not mandatory.
-Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams (architects analysts developers).
-Proven track record in large-scale project management.
-Recognized leadership and ability to influence and mobilize.
-Innovative mindset curiosity and openness to exploring new techniques and technologies.
-Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
