As Procurement Business Partner youll represent the procurement function by building strong relationships across the organisation and supporting teams through strategic sourcing activities. Youll be working closely with stakeholders helping to translate business needs into practical procurement solutions that contribute to improved operational and financial outcomes.
In this role you will:
- Build trusted relationships with teams across the organisation acting as a procurement partner rather than a gatekeeper
- Support a range of sourcing projects from straightforward procurements through to high priority spends across a large breadth of categories
- Take the time to understand how our teams operate and what they need to succeed
- Contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of our Procurement strategy
- Use data and analysis to support sound decisionmaking and value creation
- Help the organisation become more efficient sustainable and valuefocused in how it sources goods and services
Qualifications :

- Proven experience in strategic sourcing or end-to-end procurement with a strong understanding of commercial principles
- Enjoys working collaboratively and building strong working relationships.
- Is adaptable curious and keen to learn you dont need decades of experience to succeed here
- Resilient and confident with the ability to respectfully challenge existing ways of working and support stakeholders through change
- Solid analytical skills and is comfortable working with data
- Is a team player who can balance structure with pragmatism
- Is motivated by purpose and values working for an organisation that makes a genuine difference
