Compensation

$35000$65000 in your first phase
Top performers earn $120000 annually

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers in-store and through phone text and digital communication
Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and benefits
Guide customers through a transparent and efficient buying process
Follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Work with a team to achieve sales goals

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
Coachable with a desire to learn and grow
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Basic computer proficiency
Valid drivers license

Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

This role is best suited for individuals who are driven competitive and motivated to succeed in a performance-based environment.
