No teaching experience needed
Full instructor training provided
Achieve a Level 3 Instructional Qualification

What youll be doing

• Deliver classroombased electrical engineering instruction
• Support learners through theory problemsolving and practical understanding
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Continuously develop your own instructional and technical skills
• Contribute to a professional supportive learning environment

Youll be fully trained and supported to succeed as an instructor well teach you how to teach.

Who were looking for

We welcome applications from:

• Graduate Electrical Engineers
• Timeserved electricians or electrical engineers
• Engineers from industrial manufacturing defence utilities or maintenance backgrounds

If you can explain electrical principles clearly and want to pass on your knowledge we can train you for the rest.

This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro ratad and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
