Job Summary
Job Title:Marketing Intern
Location:Phoenix AZ
Employment Type:Up to 40 hours per week May June July
Reports To:Director of Marketing
Travel:15-20%
Work Schedule:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales design product) to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of marketing deliverables such as graphics digital assets presentations and social content
- Provide general administrative and project support as needed to include participating in brainstorming sessions team meetings and strategy reviews
- Provide resources and materials to support internal adherence to brand guidelines
- Support the marketing campaign process including development product launches promotions and the gathering and organizing of performance data for reporting and analysis
- Help with inbound and outbound marketing requests such as events promotions content development and advertising support
- Assist with marketing research to help identify customer trends competitor activity and target audience insights
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
- Previous marketing coursework or relevant internships class projects or extracurricular experience preferred
- Full-time marketing experience is not required
Knowledge
- Experience in Canva and/or Adobe Suite
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Basic SEO knowledge
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Abilities
- Interest in marketing analytics digital marketing or brand strategy is a plus
- Interest and/or interest in photography and video beneficial
- Eagerness to learn take initiative and work collaboratively in a team environment
