What you will be doing:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and stewarding areas
• Wash and sanitize dishes glassware utensils and kitchen equipment
• Ensure all sanitation and hygiene standards are consistently met in line with health and safety regulations
• Support the culinary team with basic tasks such as waste removal recycling and restocking supplies
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Keep all storage areas clean organized and properly stocked
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as required
• Follow all safety procedures including proper handling of chemicals and equipment
• Support team members and contribute to a positive and efficient working environment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a stewarding or kitchen environment is an asset but not required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
