Executive Assistant
Job Summary
An exciting full-time position is currently available for an experienced dynamic Executive Assistant to provide administrative management to the Executive General Manager Epworth Richmond and their respective leadership teams. You will be responsible for providing efficient effective and customer-focused support to the executive teams to ensure the smooth running of the Richmond Executive team.
You will make an impact by:
- Providing exceptional executive support including complex diary management for the EGM and Director Clinical Services meeting preparation and minute taking and preparing documents
- Coordination and pre-preparation of communications on behalf of the EGM
- Providing general administration support to Richmond executive team
- Influencing and managing key internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating Richmond events as required
- Working collaboratively with other Personal Assistants and Executive Assistants across the Epworth HealthCare Group

Qualifications :

You are a multi-tasking strategic thinker who thrives on the challenges of a busy fast-paced executive office. You are an experienced administrator or Personal Assistant with a keen eye for detail with a proactive professional approach. A natural communicator you take a respectful consultative approach where you liaise effectively and sensitively among a diverse group of stakeholders.
You will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to draft correspondence and edit committee papers
- Ability in supporting committees including the timely preparation of agendas minutes and tracking of actions
- Developed computer skills including a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office365 including Teams Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement
- Strong judgement and discretion
