Job Summary

Provide close support toPRDin their Recovery pathway either to enable them to return to duty or to make a smooth transition to civilian life.

Conduct Army Engagement and attend Unit Health& Wellbeingmeetings as directed by OC.

Conduct visits toofficers/soldiers (and their families) assigned or supported by the PRU who may be sickabsentat homehospitalisedor on recovery duty/activities.

Identifyand report medical/welfare concerns toClinical leadsSenior CaseManagerand administrative/discipline issues toCofC.

Produce detailed visit reportson all platforms carry out actionsidentifiedand record appropriatelyin accordance withcurrent policy.

Deliver formal case briefings at the Unit CMCR

Assess the needs ofPRDand wider familySP using HARDFACTS

Conduct 24/7 PRO Duties on a rotational basis an additional SU SME duty and assist with delivery of courses inc. ALDP etc as directed by OC.
