We are currently seeking Travel Advisors who are organized proactive and customer-oriented to join our remote team.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel planning including flights hotels vacation packages and experiences
- Manage bookings confirmations and itinerary details
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through various communication channels (chat email phone)
- Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and needs
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Stay up to date with destinations travel trends and industry promotions
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Basic proficiency with digital tools and platforms
- Interest in the travel and tourism industry
