Job Summary
角色职责:
- 作为第三方调试顾问参与商业建筑项目办公楼商业综合体酒店医疗教育等的现场调试工作
- 重点负责电气及相关系统的调试与验证包括
- 中低压配电系统
- 变压器配电柜母线
- 照明及照明控制系统
- 应急电源及电力切换
- 电力监控 / 能源计量系统
- 与 HVACBMS自控系统的功能联动测试
- 审核电气相关设计图纸设备资料及施工方调试方案
- 参与单系统调试子系统功能测试及跨专业系统联调
- 协调机电总包分包设备厂家及业主推动调试问题整改闭环
- 编制调试记录问题清单及阶段性/最终调试报告中英文
最低要求:
- 本科及以上学历电气工程 / 自动化相关专业
- 5年及以上商业建筑电气系统或机电调试相关经验
- 熟悉商业建筑电气系统构成运行逻辑及调试流程
- 具备良好的现场沟通协调及问题分析能力
- 能适应项目制工作方式及阶段性驻场
- 英语阅读能力良好能理解设计文件及设备技术资料
- 具备第三方调试顾问 / Commissioning Agent 项目经验
- 拥有暖通给排水工作经验
- 具备注册电气工程师资格证书
