ABOUT THE POSITION
Wiese USA is seeking a driven entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow a new territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships creating opportunities from the ground up and making a direct impact within a financially strong industry-leading organization.
As an Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities expanding market presence and delivering material handling and equipment solutions to customers across a designated territory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting developing long-term partnerships and building a territory with significant growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Execute a strategic territory growth plan
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling networking referrals and customer visits
- Conduct equipment demonstrations and customer presentations
- Prepare quotes negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities
- Partner with internal service and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer support
- Maintain accurate CRM records pipeline activity and sales forecasting
- Stay informed on market trends competitor activity and customer needs
Qualifications
- 2 years of outside sales or business development experience
- Experience in equipment industrial material handling construction or B2B sales is a plus
- Self-starter with strong prospecting and territory-building skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
