Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the offshore testing team.
- Align offshore testing deliverables with onsite leadership and client expectations.
- Design and review test scenarios scripts and documentation.
- Track defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders across geographies.
Preferred experience:
- Previous exposure to Oracle T24 or Murex systems.
- Banking industry background ideally with prior KSA experience.
