Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Aides to provide exceptional support and assistance to clients in Milan this role you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for individuals by offering personalized care in their homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
- Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in direct care or caregiving is a plus but not necessary.
- Compassionate patient and reliable with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a plus but not required.
