As a business application consulting generalist at PwC you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. Looking for aServiceNowsenior developer for urgent project.Apart from technical expertise candidate should be able to interact efficiently with stakeholders and visit clientsites as and when needed.

Location Any PwC India officesin India (preferred NCRBangalore Kolkata Mumbai Pune Bhubaneswar Hyderabad Jaipur Ahmedabad Chennai)

Mandatory skill sets:

Implement and configure variousServicenowmodules (ITSM ITOM ITAM (SAM HAM) HRSD SPM GRC). Any 2 mentioned modules hands-on experience will be mandatory
Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (like SAP CRM or ERP) using web services (SOAP and REST) Integration Hub spokes and custom APIs to ensure seamless data exchange.

Create and customize SPM applications workflows dashboards and reports and functionalities including scripts (Client Scripts Business Rules Script Includes) workflows Flow Designer UI Policies and ACLs.

Provide guidance on governance processes prioritization frameworks and portfolio planning best practices.

Preferred skill sets:

Certifications: Professional ServiceNow certifications are highly advantageous.

SPM experience preferred.

Years of experience required:

3 to 7 years of progressive experience in IT service management with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow ITSM Integrations..

Education qualification:

B.E. // MCA/ M.E/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
