Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Company: Marksman Titan Security Group

Reports To: Vice President of Sales Enablement
Position Overview:
The Sales Support Administrator role reports to the VP of Sales Enablement and handles client
documentation internal coordination Salesforce upkeep vendor compliance temporary labor
coordination and all business operations related tasks that keep deals and accounts moving.
This position frequently interfaces with VPs Director of Operations Proposal specialists and
clients.
This position requires a detail-oriented highly organized professional who communicates
clearly follows structured processes and stays ahead of deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives
in a fast-paced environment supports multiple stakeholders and plays a critical part in creating
a frictionless experience for clients and for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between sales sales enablement operations client representatives and
vendors to ensure all sales support processes are executed efficiently and effectively. - Monitor risk management compliance including contract terms and certificate of
insurance requirements - Provide support to Proposal specialists and Rebid specialists with RFP responses and
current client support. - Facilitate requests for temporary or surge service in partnership with field operations.
- Maintain relationships with third-party providers and subcontractors (uniforms off-duty
law enforcement) - Coordinate temporary surge and special-event service needs with operations
- Coordinate catering orders meeting refreshments and onsite logistics for client
presentations internal meetings and special events. - Manage client appreciation and gift orders including vendor coordination budget tracking and timely delivery.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM data throughout the sales process
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Education: Post-secondary degree preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative support operations coordination
customer service project coordination or other similar roles. - Certificates Licenses Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
- Language Skills: Must have the ability to read write speak and understand English.
- Other Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with ServiceNow and
Salesforce preferred but not required. - Knowledge of the Security industry is a plus butnot required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work unpredictable hours includingsome evenings and weekends.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminalbackground check required.

- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfort working with CRM systems reporting tools or process documentation
- Ability to anticipate needs solve problems proactively and follow through on details
- Experience in the security facilities property management or service-based industries
Travel: This is an on-site position five (5) days per week. Ability to travel to client and branch
office locations in suburban Chicago and northwest Indiana. Less than 10% travel.
