We are looking for a Junior Developer to design develop andmaintainrobust applications. This role involves working across both front-end and back-end technologies to deliver high-quality scalable solutions.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new user-facing features using modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Design develop andmaintainserver-side logic databases and APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners Architects and other developers to define design and ship new features.
• Write clean maintainable and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot debug andoptimizeapplications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Participatein the entire application lifecycle focusing on coding and debugging.
• Stayup-to-datewith emerging technologies and industry trends including usage of AI tools like Windsurf Microsoft Copilot.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2 years experience in at least one back-end Object Oriented
• Programming Languages such as C/JAVA/Python
• Strong understanding and hands on Development Experience in Frameworks and Build tools likeSpringboot MavenCMake
• Hands on Experience with relational databases (e.g. ORACLE PostgreSQL MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs GRPC and microservices architecture and Containerizations usingpodman docker
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git Bitbucket).
• Quick and Enthusiastic Learner withintentof adopting latest AI tools and technologies andthinkinnovatively.

The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position in Virginia is $66960.00 USD Annual MINIMUM to $124354.00 USD Annual MAXIMUM. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location.
