We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a temporary full-time role from 1st September 2026 to 31st August 2027 with a view to a permanent role from September 2027.

Thisis a variedrolewhichinvolves working with children and parents/carers from across schoolsupporting the admin officer and senior leadership team.

The successful candidate must: -

  • have a good level of competency within ICT
  • have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • have knowledge of Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Internet Explorer
  • have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • be highly motivated and committed to working as part of a team
  • have the ability toact on their own initiative
  • be committed to the vision and values of our school
  • have a child-centred approach to their work
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skill at all levels (with childrenstaffand parents/carers)
  • have a good sense of humour and a hardworking ethos
  • be able to present as a positive role model
  • demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding children and maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • be able to work independently but also as part of a team
