Caregiver Responsibilities

As a caregiver you will provide non-medical in-home support tailored to each clients individual needs.

Duties May Include

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care including:
  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
  • Toileting
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Observing and reporting changes in condition
• Encouraging client independence and engagement

Qualifications

We are looking for caregivers who are dependable compassionate and committed to providing high-quality care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Experience using Hoyer lifts and gait belts is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel within a 25-mile radius
• Comfortable working with both male and female clients
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Professional attitude with strong communication skills
