Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering solution design documentation QA testing communication and training. This role requires close collaboration with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery. The position demands strong SharePoint solution design expertise along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design SharePoint and web-based solutions that support preconstruction business processes.
- Translate business and design requirements into detailed actionable user stories.
- Prioritize schedule and deliver work independently with minimal supervision.
- Manage communication dependencies and project status across assigned initiatives.
- Document project and program deliverables.
- Create and maintain technical reference materials for internal teams.
- Collaborate with business partners to design and implement improved or reengineered processes.
- Develop and deliver end-user training and corresponding documentation.
- Prototype refine troubleshoot and validate solutions with business users.
- Provide senior-level quality control across technical and functional deliverables.
- Mentor team members and provide subject matter expertise as needed.
