Asset Management Fee Review Analyst

As a Fee Review Analyst within Americas Institutional Client Platform & Controls you oversee non-standard fee governance through rigorous review data validation and executive-ready reporting. You lead recurring review cycles and enhance fee reference materials to strengthen the institutional control environment. You collaborate across global stakeholders to deliver insights resolve exceptions and continuously improve processes.
Job responsibilities
- Review non-standard fee requests as first-line reviewer across US Global Liquidity & Institutional business.
- Lead the semi-annual non-standard fee review project across 4000 accounts.
- Validate fee data completeness accuracy and supporting documentation for auditability.
- Coordinate inputs and approvals with advisors product specialists legal compliance and controls partners.
- Develop standards and methodology to enhance and maintain the fee booklet.
- Track non-standard fee metrics and key risk indicators on an ongoing basis.
- Create monthly presentation materials for Conflict of Interest reporting.
- Maintain records logs and databases with strong data governance and version control.
- Update policies and procedures and communicate changes to impacted stakeholders.
- Improve processes through automation standardization and efficiency initiatives.
- Prepare and present executive updates summarizing results trends and issues.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in financial product analysis marketing support or client service.
- Apply strong analytical skills to interpret fee structures and identify exceptions and trends.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in writing and verbally with senior stakeholders.
- Execute effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
- Exercise sound judgment when assessing risk controls and escalation needs.
- Collaborate proactively across functions and geographies with cultural awareness.
- Deliver high-accuracy outputs with disciplined attention to detail and data quality.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Leverage experience supporting control governance or operational risk-related initiatives.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivots complex formulas) for large-scale reconciliations and MIS.
- Build polished executive materials (PowerPoint) that simplify complex findings.
- Manage large datasets and logs with consistent documentation and audit trail mindset.
- Improve workflows through process mapping standardization and automation ideas.
- Partner confidently with front office and control functions to drive timely outcomes.
- Adapt quickly to ambiguity while maintaining strong ownership and follow-through.
