Job Summary
Whiteface Customs is looking for an organized computer-savvy administrative team member to help keep the shop running smoothly. If youre great on the phone comfortable in QuickBooks and want to be part of building custom trucks we want to talk.
Specific Job Duties include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and routing customers to the right person
- Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating customer builds
- Managing paperwork filing and general office organization
- Following up with customers via phone and email throughout their build
- Assisting the sales and shop teams with administrative tasks
Experience with QuickBooks Microsoft Office Word and Excel preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
